Repair or return – use one of our support forms?
It may happen that something goes wrong with delivery of your new equipment or that one of your devices needs a repair. To be able to solve this adequately and as soon as possible, we ask you to download and return the support form that fits your shipment.
Which support form to use?
Register the RMA or repair beforehand
Fill in the applicable support form and send it by email: Mail Shiptron to register the shipment. Print and add the completed form together with the device to your shipment and send it to:
