The Carbon-Pro is a 4th generation very compact Class-A transponder, switchable between SOLAS-mode or INLAND-mode with Wheelmark approval. The Carbon-Pro is designed for convenient use at the bridge and special equipped with fast access button for NAV-status and display DIM-function. The Carbon-Pro is equipped with 2 data outputs and, a Pilote-plug and 4 data inputs.

CTRX CARBON+ class-B AIS transponder

The CTRX Carbon class-b transponder is a compact watertight high quality class-B transponder and the most reliable class-B unit at today's market.

True Heading is the inventor of the class-B protocol and is responsible for implementation this into the worldwide AIS system. All other today's class-B units works with True Heading's invented system. The CTRX Carbon has a easy accessible button for the “silence” mode, while the receiver gets on collecting data. All LED indicators are located around this button.

The CTRX CARBON is equipped with a NMEA-183 data output and a RS-232 data output simultaneously. The CARBON + has a build-in VHF antenna splitter for using the existing antenna for the VHF radio.
